Before becoming a real estate agent in 2021, Cole Dunham spent 11 years in education, most of them in special education. She now puts that experience to use in a different setting, drawing on the patience, communication and organizational skills she developed in the classroom.

Cole is drawn to real estate in part because of what makes it unpredictable. No two days are quite the same, and neither are the people she meets or their ideas of what makes a place home. She enjoys getting to know what that means for each person and helping them find their own version of it.

Originally from Warren County, Tennessee, Cole serves clients throughout Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville, and Rutherford County. She and her husband, Scott, a physical therapist with Bone & Joint Institute and the on-site physical therapist at CPA, enjoy a busy family life. Their oldest son, Taven, attends Lipscomb University, while their youngest, Berkley, graduated high school a year and a half ahead of schedule.

Outside of real estate, Cole is happiest outdoors and making the most of life’s little moments. She enjoys fishing, horseback riding, hiking, and exploring nature, always up for a little adventure.
