Before becoming a real estate agent Donquita worked in accounting, with experience handling financial processes, detailed documentation and transactions from beginning to completion. As a result, her organizational skills and attention to detail are second to none, with extensive problem-solving experience that keeps things moving and ahead of deadlines.

Originally from Memphis, Donquita relocated to the Nashville area and has enjoyed getting to know Middle Tennessee, its communities and lifestyle. As a transplant herself, she has a particular interest in helping families relocating to the area, as well as first-time homebuyers, buyers and sellers, and clients interested in new construction.

Outside of real estate, Donquita is a mom who enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Nashville and Middle Tennessee, discovering new restaurants and coffee shops, traveling, creating content and spending time with her Siberian Husky.
