I moved from Cleveland TN in 2017 for a better position in work after a divorce of 25 years. I left nursing in 2020 and obtained my Real estate license in 2021. I do residential and have closed one commercial. I own two condos in Franklin and do 30 day fully furnished rentals. I do have a 15 year old and 12 year old. We have 5 AirBnb's that I am ready to sell! I am in a bible study with church friends, close to my 4 neighbors and we talk almost daily. I belong to WCAR and have to keep up physical fitness for my sanity. I love to organize homes and people. I love hospitality and I do enjoy working in the background more than in front and center. The older I get the more I want to continue learning and growing.
