Sally Morris brings a people-first approach to real estate, shaped by more than a decade in sales and a genuine passion for connecting with others. Originally from Memphis, Sally made the move to Franklin twelve years ago and now she’s proud to help others put down roots in the community she loves.

Before stepping into real estate, Sally earned her place among the top 200 consultants out of more than 40,000 nationwide, and worked her way up the ladder to become an Executive Director with Beautycounter. Her background in both direct and medical sales not only earned her several awards, but sharpened her skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building - essentials she now brings to her clients.

Sally thrives on the personal side of real estate and loves meeting new people. Whether helping someone sell their home or find the right one, her goal is always the same: to make the process feel seamless and rewarding.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Sally enjoying the outdoors, biking, out on the water, or at the table with family and friends for a board game or card night. She’s a proud mom to a grown son and with her first grandchild on the way.
