Laci Littrell is a Spring Hill based real estate agent whose creative eye and hands-on renovation experience shape the way she serves her clients. Raised in Cookeville, Tennessee, she moved to the Nashville area in 2014 and has called Spring Hill home for the past decade, where she and her husband are raising their daughter in a close-knit, family-friendly community.

Before real estate, Laci worked in logistics and later stepped away from the workforce to be a stay-at-home mom. During that time, she developed a deep, practical understanding of homes through renovation projects, home flipping, and hands-on work, gaining working knowledge of construction, layout, and how thoughtful design choices can completely change a space.

Today, Laci brings that experience into every client relationship. She has a natural eye for potential and a thoughtful approach to staging, positioning, and home selection. She listens carefully and takes real pleasure in helping clients find the right fit and consider how a home could be shaped to support the way they want to live.

Licensed in 2023, Laci is known for her creativity, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm for helping people make confident decisions about their homes. She lives in Spring Hill with her husband Adam, their daughter Harper, and two dogs, and spends her free time drawing, painting, woodworking, and taking on home makeover projects.
