Marshall Justice Arledge’s passion for real estate began long before he became a licensed agent in 2017. He’s been buying and selling properties since 2005, and as Co-Principal of a residential real estate investment company, he is uniquely positioned to help his clients find the perfect home, maximize profits, and make smart decisions.

Growing up in Brentwood and Williamson County, he combines hands-on experience with a deep understanding of the Middle Tennessee area, and his local knowledge is a huge asset for clients navigating this competitive market.

Before focusing on real estate full-time, Marshall enjoyed a successful career as an Outside Sales Representative in Professional Coatings. Here he worked closely with home builders, general contractors, and architects, and earned top sales honors in the Southeastern U.S. for five straight years.

As a real estate agent, Marshall uses his considerable communication and negotiation skills—honed through a career in sales and years in real estate investment—to advocate for his clients. He understands that buying or selling a home is a huge event, and as part of the synergistic Serving Your Success team, ensures that the process is as smooth and successful for his clients as possible.

When he’s not working, Marshall enjoys playing golf, reading, and spending time with his family. Married since 2005, he’s a proud father of two daughters and loves spending time with their dog, Charlie.
